VYA. This is a tapas and paella restaurant near the Ford Building off SE Division. They serve a seafood and chicken paella (Valencia style) and a vegan paella. There are GF options in the tapas selections and they have some pretty fancy drinks! Somewhat pricey as paella usually is, but oh so good!  https://www.vyapdx.com/
